    In the xamplight/php folder I see there are two files:

    php.ini-development

    and:

    php.ini-production

    Is there a way to automatically regenerate the php.ini from these (so to switch between them) or are they just meant as suggestions for editing the main php.ini file?

    Hi Kathy,

    At this time, no. These will be used in future releases of DesktopServer that we are working on.

    Hope that helps!

    Ok, good to know. Thank you for the reply! So if I want to modify php.ini I should edit that file directly and restart the services?

    I’ve tried setting
    display_errors=Off

    in php.ini and the error messages are still displayed.

    Yes. That is correct! And you’ll definitely need to restart.

    Have restarted the server multiple times.

    display_errors=Off
    display_errors=’Off’
    display_errors=’0′
    display_errors=0

    all have no effect on the display of PHP errors.
