Backup Buddy File Not Importing

Hi, I used to have a licence and am running V3.6.1 Pro.

I have not used in a while, hence have not renewed the licence.

I have been recently trying to import some backup buddy files and getting dome odd results.

themes and plugins import in, but are deactivated.

However 0 posts. pages, cpt, users get imported in.

Any clues to the cause and a possible solution.

Thank you for writing us. I’m sorry to hear this.

BackupBuddy changed their format on version 5.0. You will want to upgrade to DesktopServer 3.6.5(The current version).

P.S. 3.7 will be out in a couple weeks which will have a newer version of PHP and MySQL and some other shiny new improvements. As a renewed member you would get upgrades for a year.
