When I go to the add plugin page on my local DesktopServer I get the page you see in the screenshot. I would like to be able to search for and browse the available plugins like normal. This just started happening recently.
After speaking with you on the phone, we discovered that “Airplane Mode” was on and it’s job is to stop the communication between WordPres.org and your WordPress installation to speed up the dashboard.
You turned it off and were able to once again see all the available plugins.
