Hi Marc,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

I would just like to say for anyone else that reads this, I don’t actually haven any third party anti virus software, However if you scroll to the bottom of that article, it references the exact issue I was getting. Basically to solve the problem, find this C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc right click on the etc folder and un-tick read only and apply to sub-folders.

Then everything works great!

Would recommend!
