I understand you are having issues with DesktopServer Limited. Please let us know your computer type (Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS X 10.5/10.6/10.7 aka “Lion”)?

There is a problem with Spanish diacritical accents in the current limited version. You can download the fix and replace your DesktopServer.exe file in your c:\xampplite folder.
Please do the following:
1) Download http://serverpress.com/solutions/build3313-limted.zip
2) Unzip the file and replace your DesktopServer.exe in C:\xampplite
3) Reboot your system
Please be sure to remove your old site using DesktopServer’s “Remove or copy…”, then try again: Getting Started with DesktopServer
